Matter Develops As What Out Of I Thought

The matter develops so fast and I do not think about the result as it before. At last I think the key point is related to me and of course this is a good lesson to me. So the result is somewhat reasonable and I can accept it with satisfaction. Just as one bbs friend on 88 said following my letter, I could forget such an important thing completely that I had noted in such a call! Yep, I really did not care at that time forgetting what I said and even such a call before. After knowing about this condition, I felt that it was really my fault and so this is a great lesson to me. What I will deal with such expanding call is hanging the phone when hearing such advertisement call without leaving any time for the expanders.

哈哈 事情已经有了新的进展,总的说来还是我还算满意。

具体情况是这样的:今天上午950130000客服来电话告诉我,去年的1223日是有他们的业务推销电话员给我来过电话推销这个业务的,还给我播放了当时的录音,虽然我已经没有什么印象了,不过听到声音我也是认可了,后来我去网上营业厅查询,也是查到了确实那天有这样的一个电话,我也不知道当时有什么情况,在对方最后一句关键的话都没有听清楚的情况下(说实在的听不清,听录音也听不清讲的什么)就“嗯”了一声,然而这一声“嗯”就坏事了,客服告诉我最后一句是讲“那好在适当时候给您开通”的意思。天啦,要是知道这个意思,我肯定当场就拒绝了,杯具。客服还说开通的当日(1224日,也就是第二天)还有一条开通短信发过来,我说好的,我回去查一查。

接着我查了当时的电话记录,上面已经提到确实是有的,但是短信却查不到,我又查了昨天取消业务时的短信,网上是有记录的。因此我确定当时那条开通的短信我是没有收到的,客服也承认有这个可能(比如短信通道堵塞等原因)。于是我再次拨打950130000投诉我当时开通没有推送开通短信,以至于我消费了3个月。客服说会反映再去核实,让我等电话。

不过令我奇怪的是,950130000的客服强调这个业务开通前7天免费使用,12月份应该是要扣除月功能费的,可是我的话费账单显示,12月份并没有扣,我刚刚还仔细计算了一次,并没有扣那10元,更有意思的是,我刚刚发现这个月本来扣除的10元也已经返还给我了,哈哈。我觉得是联通自己觉得他做的不对,话费信息不透明,客户不能明白消费,就这一点我仍然可以投诉他。

大家看一下,就现在这个结果了,我觉得还算是比较满意了,再就是等950130000的电话看怎么说了。

教训:大家以后也是要多留心了,那些推广电话一定要听清楚了,千万别被忽悠了,我是一不小心就上当了。切记小心、谨慎为好!

(Other person replied)现在sp服务商就怕投诉的,一投诉联通要找他麻烦的。

看来确实如此,950130000客服非常积极,刚刚又来了电话解释和强调当时开通这个业务也是经过我本人同意的,我再说没听清楚也没什么意义了,至于短信没有收到我也是强调也是事实,12月份没有扣费,客服解释说可能是有2个月的免费使用的情况出现。最后嘛,客服就说把这个月扣除的10元退还给我作为处理办法问我接不接受,呵呵,关键问题是我在推广电话里同意了,怎么办呢,尽管被忽悠了,也只好这样认了。大家说呢?

Although I am still waiting for the final result, I know it is obviously clear a result. Of course what I did is always right. If you find anything doubt on your telephone fees, you can quickly call on the customer service to reflect the problem and know the matter clearly and ask them to help you dealing with it. In this matter, I have known the whole process of such matter even at last it is my fault finally.

PS: This morning 10010 called me again to tell me that 950130000 had agreed to return the docked 10 yuan later in one or two days. I admitted that it was the fact. Just now when I checked my account, I found 10 yuan had been added. (Updated on 29th, March)

  1. 以后再有类似的情况发生,可以先从自身找找原因,当然了,最好的结果就是避免再次发生此种情况

  2. @何静yep. 是的啦,你说的没错,确实是我自身的原因,因此我才说这样的处理结果我已经是很满意的了;但是发现话费金额有差错投诉是理应这样去做的,要不就这样继续被稀里糊涂的每个月扣去10元也不知晓哦,这10元没有清楚写出来,我们客户就不算是明白消费哦。
