Two weeks ago just on Saturday of the weekend, I, with several numbers of our lab and office workers went to Xiaoheshan campus of ZJUT to see the beautiful sunflowers which have been highly praised by the public. You can find several reports and descriptions of the sunflowers before in the past two years. It is said that the piece of sunflower field was planted in 2008 when it was the 55th anniversary of the university. But the date of the anniversary was on late October and in order to welcome the festival, the sunflowers were planted late out of the normal season. So as the result, the flower plate was smaller and the efflorescence was shorter than those with the normal season. Here are some reports and personal entries to describe the sunflowers in 2008.<\/p>\n

The convention was leaving to the following years. This was the first time for me to see the sunflowers in ZJUT and it was also the first time for me to see too many sunflowers all planted in a piece of field. That day was a nice day with a good sunshine and I got there earlier than others and stayed in the classroom of the formal practicing students working in our office. At about noon we got to the field with the area of about 600 square meters. I took some photos and chose some of them posted here.<\/p>\n
